I Forgot My Managing Account Login Information

To recover your username:

  1. Go to gemiini.org
  2. Click on Log In in the upper right
  3. Click the Forgot Password? link
  4. Enter your email in the username box and click the Send Usernames button. This will send you an email with all of your Usernames in it

To recover your password:

  1. Go to gemiini.org
  2. Click on Log In in the upper right
  3. Click the Forgot Password? link
  4. Enter your Managing account username and click the Reset Password button. This will send you an email with a link to reset the password for your Managing account
  5. Click the link found within the email you've received to go to the password reset pageThis page will display your managing username after "Hello"
  6. Enter your new password and click the Change Password button

To recover your username:

  5. Click the link found within the email you've received to be taken to the password reset page. This page will display your student username after "Hello"
  6. Enter your new password and click the Change Password button

How Do I Find My GemID?

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the View Profile menu option
  4. Your GemID will be the last entry of your profile

How Do I Find My Student's GemID?

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the View Profile & Connections link

  1. Log in with your Student account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the View Profile menu option
  4. Your GemID will be the last entry of your profile

How To Connect Your Teacher Or Therapist To Your Student

Parent Directions—Part 1

  1. Click on your name in the upper right of the screen
  2. Click the Billing & Connections option
  3. Click the View Profile & Connections button for the desired student
  4. The GemID will be displayed in the main window with the rest of the student's details
  5. Send your student's GemID to your teacher/therapist

Parent Directions—Part 2

  1. Once your teacher/therapist has submitted their connection request, log into your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right of the screen
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option
  4. Click the View Profile & Connections button for the desired student with the connection notification below their name
  5. Click the Pending Connection link
  6. Click the Approve Connection button

Teacher/Therapist who DOES have a Gemiini account

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. Click your name in the upper right of the screen
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option
  4. Click on the Add Student button in the upper right
  5. Set the I want to... dropdown to Add an existing student
  6. Enter the student's GemID
  7. Click the Add Student button
  8. Once complete, the parent will receive an email notifying them of your connection request to their student.

Teacher/Therapist who DOES NOT have a Gemiini account

  1. Go to Gemiini.org
  2. Begin registration by clicking the Get Started button
  3. Set your role to either teacher or therapist
    If you selected teacher, enter your school district name; 
    If you selected therapist, select your therapy practice and enter in license info.
  4. Select the membership type "I want to join an existing student."
  5. Enter in the student’s GemID
  6. Create a username and password for yourself
  7. Once complete, the parent will receive an email notifying them of your connection request to their student.

How To Add A Student To Your Account

  1. Log into your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right of the screen
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option
  4. Click the Add Student button
  5. Set the I want to... dropdown to either Add New Student or Add Existing Student
  • For adding existing students, enter their GemID and click the Add Student button to initiate a connection request
  • For adding new students, fill out the form and click the Add Student button

Note: If you are a parent, and you are trying to add additional student accounts, contact us to find out if you qualify for a lower rate for your additional student accounts.

If You Don't Know Which Username Is Your Student Username

  1. Log into the website with your Managing account 
  2. Click your name in the upper right to open the menu
  3. Click Billing & Connections
  4. All your connected students' usernames shall be listed here

How To Update Your Password

  1. Log into learn.gemiini.org with the account whose password you want to update
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the View Profile option
  4. Scroll down and click the Change Password button
  5. Enter your new password and click the Save Changes button

How To Update Your Payment Information

  1. Log into learn.gemiini.org with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click on the Billing & Connections option
  4. Click the Update Payment Method button under the student whose subscription you wish to update
  5. Enter your new billing information and click Save Changes

Note: Updating your payment method will not change your current subscription rate. If you want to change your current scholarship rate, please contact us.

How To Renew Your Subscription

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. If you have multiple students use the assignment drop-down menu to select the student you wish to renew
  3. Enter your billing information
    Note 1: If you had a scholarship or would like to apply for one, be sure to use the drop-down menu for the Subscription Type to select Apply for a Scholarship and then select your scholarship
    Note 2: If you have a coupon code, be sure to click the Apply Coupon Code button before clicking the Submit button.
  4. Click the Submit button

How To Remove Yourself From A Student Account

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the View Profile & Connections link
  5. Click the Remove button next to your username
  6. Click the Remove button in the confirmation

How To Remove Other Managing Account From Your Student Account

  1. Log in with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option
  4. Click the View Profile & Connections button for the student you want to remove connections from
  5. Click the Remove button for the managing connection you wish to remove
  6. Click the Remove button on the confirmation prompt

How To Become Friends With Another Managing Account

To send a friend request

  1. Log into Gemiini with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the Friends tab
  5. Click the +Add Friend button
  6. Enter the GemID and click the Add Friend
  7. Your friend will have to accept your friend request in their account before they appear in your friends list

To accept a friend request

  1. Log into Gemiini with your managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the Friends tab
  5. Click the Accept Request button
  6. Click the Accept button in the confirmation

To reject a friend request

  1. Log into Gemiini with your managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the Friends tab
  5. Click the Reject Request button
  6. Click the Reject button in the confirmation

How To Remove A Friend

  1. Log into Gemiini with your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing & Connections menu option
  4. Click the Friends tab
  5. Click the dropdown next to the friend you wish to unfriend and select Unfriend
  6. Click the Unfriend button in the confirmation

How To Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to gemiini.org and click the Log In link in the upper right
  2. Log in with your Managing account
  3. Click on your name in the upper right
  4. Click on Billing & Connections
  5. Click the Cancel Subscription button
  6. Fill out the cancellation form and click the Cancel Subscription button
