Gemiini's High Interest videos are a great way to get learners who are resistant to viewing time interested in attending to video assignments. These videos use fun musical clips to generalize basic word labels and pronunciation. This week I'm excited to share new content teaching effective ways to communicate rejection of an activity or request. We also added to our gross motor imitation category and uploaded a series of clips that use a new interactive format to teach the carrier phrase "I hear".

As with all of our carrier phrases clips, our new content for Carrier Phrases: Go In teaches a pragmatic phrase students can use as a foundation when learning to expand sentences. The phrase "go in" has practical applications in many different situations. Because it is so easy to generalize, these clips are a great choice for students who are just beginning to string words together into sentences.

Our update this week reviews content that focuses on developing articulation and early literacy skills. Our homophones clips use visual support to make the different meanings of homophones easy to learn and remember, and our blends clips use the same principles of visual support to strengthen our learners' awareness of the sounds made by different letter combinations.
