This week I'm excited to share new content teaching effective ways to communicate rejection of an activity or request. We also added to our gross motor imitation category and uploaded a series of clips that use a new interactive format to teach the carrier phrase "I hear".

As with all of our carrier phrases clips, our new content for Carrier Phrases: Go In teaches a pragmatic phrase students can use as a foundation when learning to expand sentences. The phrase "go in" has practical applications in many different situations. Because it is so easy to generalize, these clips are a great choice for students who are just beginning to string words together into sentences.

Our update this week reviews content that focuses on developing articulation and early literacy skills. Our homophones clips use visual support to make the different meanings of homophones easy to learn and remember, and our blends clips use the same principles of visual support to strengthen our learners' awareness of the sounds made by different letter combinations.

This week our editing team is busy putting together a batch of articulation updates and it will be a little while before those are ready to go on the site. I wanted to take this pause in uploading as an opportunity to explore clips that were added to the site before we started this blog series. In this post I'll be sharing content we uploaded earlier this year to teach skip counting and word families.

We uploaded dozens of clips in a new format we've developed for teaching simple opposite pairs. We also have two new batches of carrier phrases to share. Read on to learn more!
